If you are interested in participating in a course and if you provide your personal data to us for that purpose (email and phone number) via our internal form or external form (i.e. Evenea, Facebook), the actions leading to conclude a participation agreement in the course of your choosing or our legitimate interest will be the basis for the processing of your personal data. In that case, we will process your personal data until you object or for a period indicated by applicable law, i.e. due to fiscal and accounting obligations.
For marketing reasons, your personal data will be processed on the basis of your voluntary consent or on the basis of our legitimate interest, until you withdraw your consent or object to the processing of your data. Providing your personal data and giving consent is voluntary. Thanks to that, we will be able to send you information regarding our offer, job offers, traineeships or internships, events that we organise and promotions that we prepared for you.
If you contact us for reasons other than participation in a course, we will process your data for the purpose of answering your question. Data will be processed only for the period necessary for the purposes for which they were collected.
In order to provide the highest standard of service, your personal data may be provided to entities that process them on our behalf, in particular accounting, legal, marketing or IT service providers. We also provide your data for processing to entities belonging to our capital group, SDA Sp. z o.o., with its registered seat in Gdynia (Poland), which outsources our services. We do not share your personal data with our business partners unless you give separate consent to this.
